DSC (short for DragonSteinCole) is an artist for Sonic the Comic Online. To date, his only contribution is a pin-up for the Hallowe'en Wallpapers special edition, which features Nack the Weasel dressed as Gilius-Thunderhead wielding the Golden Axe. DSC is perhaps better known for his work on sprites, particularly the "DSC Army" of custom Badnik designs as well as Genesis sprite versions of Sonic the Comic characters, such as Commander Brutus and Vermin the Cybernik.
