The ranking Silent Assassin is a special rank given to the player, once they have achieved a mission with flawless stealth, and little to absent aggression. The rating feature (along with the silent assassin rating) came first in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, but made an appearance in Hitman: Codename 47 as the expenses system.
