The 1934 Vanderbilt Commodores football team represented Vanderbilt University during the 1935 college football season. The Commodores were led by Dan McGugin, who was serving in the 30th year as head coach. Vanderbilt went 6–3 overall and 4– 3 in the SEC. Vanderbilt has been a member of the Southern Conference since 1932, finished 6th. They played their six home games at Dudley Field in Nashville, Tennessee, team captain was Eugene Beck.
