Kee Talvara was a female Togruta dark sider. Kee was at a young age accidentally talked out of the Jedi Order by Mitch Qyrann, Talvara lived on exile on Felucia, she ended up teaching Felucian Shaman Kakay Saff as her Dark Jedi Apprentice, turning his tribe into her minions.
