M. Forbes was a Human male who served in the Military Assault Command Operations as a soldier during the mid-22nd century. Under the command of Major J. Hayes, Forbes was assigned to the MACO detachment aboard the NX-class Enterprise in 2153 for the mission into the Delphic Expanse. Forbes was killed in action during a fight against an Xindi-Reptilian aboard the Xindi weapon on February 13, 2154. Forbes was played by stunt actor Michael J. O'Laskey, who received no credit for his appearance.
