The Ice Truck Killer was a Serial Killer in the DEXTER television series. Based on the Tamiami Slasher from the Dexter Book Series, he starts a killing spree in Miami, FL with at least 15 known victims confirmed (more likely higher). He's a highly intelligent individual that plans out his kills accordingly, cutting the bodies into several gift wrapped pieces, while leaving them out on display for the world to see. At the same time, he toys with the police that try to catch him, while playing a game of cat-and-mouse with another serial killer by the name of Dexter Morgan (his brother).
