With Pipe & Book is an independent bookstore located in Lake Placid, New York. It deals mainly in used books, although it also has a section selling new books of local interest. The store also sells cigars and pipe tobacco. The three floor bookstore is located next door to the Bookstore Plus. This bookstore closed in 2009.
