James Rudolph Washington was born in the suburbs of Winston on 9 December 2720, as eldest son of doctor Robert Washington and Ellen Diefenbaker After receiving a degree in law in 2742 from the University of Ultran, one of the country's most prestigious universities, he began working at the Rutanian Savings Bank.
