Chris Fountain (born 3rd September 1987) is a British actor from West Yorkshire, England. He was the third actor to portray Tommy Duckworth in Coronation Street, and played the role from March 2011 to October 2013. In the August of that year, a video came to light in which the actor appeared as "The Phantom", a masked rap artist who used violence-themed lyrics which campaigners deemed to be offensive to women. The actor apologised unreservedly for the content but his contract was terminated by ITV. Prior to Coronation Street, Fountain was best known for his role as Justin Burton on Hollyoaks.
