The Crime Intervention Commission (CIC) was formed in 2237 as the single agency responsible for controlling crime worldwide. Some of its Agents had graduated the Special Forces Training Academy. Its branches included Tactical Teams, a criminal investigation unit, and the Temporal Security Agency; as such, some of its agents have been transferred to the Temporal Protectorate.
