Originally it reached the Italian newsstands in the year 1999. After many rejections from publishers it finally reached fame in 2000, and after a few issues it ceased paper publications (somewhere during 2000). Undaunted, the author continued its run in the form of a CD-rom, available only through the author himself. Most recently, in a bid for more recognition, after closing the volume one, maybe the entire series, Galati made the 28 issues of Kill Killer freely available only, in form of a Shockwave Player-based online reader and scans of the original paper issues and panels, in pdf format. The digital copies available for download are only in Italian language.
