Items is a unique skillset available to all playable characters in MARDEK. Each skill can only be used when the appropriate expendable item is in a playable character's inventory, and only that character can use that skill, unless another playable character has the same item in their inventory as well; using a skill consumes its item counterpart. None of the skills can be mastered.
