Toc-Man is the main villain of Pac-Man World: 20th Anniversary. Toc-Man is furious because he wanted to be the real Pac-Man, so he sends his minions (the other bosses of the game) to kidnap Pac-Man's friends, who were all going to Pac-Man's anniversary party. Pac-Man then sets off to Ghost Island to rescue his friends and stop Toc-Man.
