Matthias Gallas, Graf von Campo und Herzog von Lucera (Count of Campo, Duke of Lucera) (b. Matteo Gallasso Trento 1584-1647), was an Austrian soldier who served the Catholic cause during the Thirty Years' War. He commanded a corps under Albrecht von Wallenstein, participating in several key battles between 1631 and 1632. He was part of the conspiracy against Wallenstein in 1634. After Wallenstein's assassination, he was given several commands, but was able to gain few long term victories. He died of old age in 1647.
