Truman was a Manticoran citizen and an employee of the Native Protection Agency. He previously served with the San Giorgio City Police. In 1900 PD, Truman held the rank of Corporal and was assigned to the planet Medusa in the Basilisk System. While on patrol in the Three Forks region, his craft was shot down by the Medusans, and he was killed trying to fight them off. (HH1)
