Rethan Manor is a House Hlaalu stronghold on the Odai Plateau, southwest of Balmora and east of Hla Oad. Of the three house strongholds, it is the smallest and is in the middle of Hlaalu territory. It contains the manor and three houses and is surrounded by a wall. In its final phase, it will have several trainers and merchants.
