Wally was a green bespectacled Whatnot who appeared in the Muppets' appearance on Des O'Connor Entertains in 1976. Wally appeared behind a typewriter taking notes during the meeting with Kermit, Des and the other Muppets (Hilda, George, Waldorf, and Sam).
