Matthew is thinking of moving. An estate agent calls by, but leaves him confused. Sooty produces leaflets from 'Yellow & Black Properties' and Matthew arranges to view them. It turns out to be Sooty's company! He takes Matthew to some very silly properties: a doll's house, a rabbit hutch and finally to Coronation Street, where the neighbours are very rude. Finally he reads about a property that looks ideal - it is Sooty & Co. He decides there is no place like home and sings "Lullaby for Teddy Bears."
