Instead of entering through a mortuary, guests entered ScreamHouse Revisited through a mausoleum. When guests entered, an undead man scared guests from inside his coffin. Guests then take a secret passage into the Caretaker's mortuary itself. This house, unlike it's predecessor, was focused more on the environment than scares itself, making this a much tamer house than the original "Mortuary of Madness".
