Barbara Gordon is a huge fan of making Souffles and is often called Souffle girl. This is a reference to her previous role as the Doctors Companion in Doctor Who, Clara Oswin who also was obsessed with soufflés. It is worth noting that the some of the Producers of the BBC Batman series also produced Doctor Who.
