Fluoruma City is a cavern city built inside the northeastern part of Mt. Cragonos, between Route 13 and Route 14. The sixth gym in players' journey is located here. Even with insufficient sunlight and photosynthesis, plants and mushrooms still grow around the city. Despite being built inside a cave, there is a hole on top, allowing players to use HM2 Fly.
