Timothy Shon is a member of the Basileus crime syndicate, first appearing in the Global Defense story 'Out of Town Visitors'. He is the head of security for Carl Tolan, accompanying the crime boss wherever business takes him. The forty-two year old has been perhaps the most trusted person in Tolan's inner circle, and is given the leeway to select whoever he deems fit to oversee various operations.
