Ronald Williams is the founder of the Social Radical Party, a progressive political party in Rutania. He held that position between June 3479 and March 3490. Between 3484 and 3488, he was the Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Rutania, and he has served as President of Rutania between 3488 and 3492, when he was succeeded by Alexia Florence, another Social Radical.
