Full Throttle Elite (フルスロットル・エリート, Furu Surottoru Erīto) is the twenty-second episode of Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. It introduces the Tokkyou branch of the S.P.D. and the agent who will become the Earth Branch's 6th Ranger, Tekkan Aira (AKA "Tetsu"), the Dekaranger known as DekaBreak.
