Sieglinde Sullivan (ジークリンデ・サリヴァン, Jīkurinde Sariban) was the Emerald Witch and liege lord of the Werewolves' Forest. She formerly managed an obscure village named Wolfsschlucht within the forest. Unbeknownst to her initially, Sieglinde was the test subject of the Emerald Witch Education Project. After the project is terminated and the truth is exposed, Sieglinde moves to London to work under Queen Victoria.
