Dr. Sporis Von Fungenstein is a character in the Super Mario series. He first appeared in Nintendo Adventure Books. He is a Goomba mad scientist, and the main villain of the book Doors to Doom. He built a device that creates doors to other universes. He wanted to turn all of the inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom and Koopa clan into mushroom and turtle soup for a fast-food chain.
