Razulei is a twelve-armed demon and an expert tailor from the Infernal Dimensions who aided Zamorak by creating the Robes of subjugation. He imbued them with cruelty, causing immense pain and eventually death in anyone that attempted to use them who were not loyal to Zamorak. He is mentioned only in Razulei's Tale, which is a rare drop from K'ril Tsutsaroth.
