The Intestinal Distress Witch appeared in the episode Big Hat Biddies wherein Chowder put her hat in a sandwich he gave to one of the Big Hat Biddies members, for having done this she punished the Biddies by giving them intestinal distress. She soon flies off on her broomstick and Mung yells that she shall never upset his tummy.
