Armed Robbery is a situation where the gun crime - especially armed mugging - has become rampant, upsetting the Conservatives and the Retired. Citizens turn to armed robbery when there's a high rate of Violent Crime and when Handgun Laws are lax enough for criminals to obtain firearms. Enacting stricter laws can help prevent some criminals from becoming armed, but deploying equally Armed Police or setting up CCTV Cameras can help dissuade criminals too.
