Jimmy the Snitch is a mob member, that had been thrown into Fat Tony's car's trunk, in "'Scuse Me While I Miss the Sky." Jimmy`s name includes the word "snitch," which means you tell on everybody so he might have been undercover (e.g., for the FBI). He is similar to the character Frankie the Squealer.
