A Northman Warrior, Frumgar was the Althegn (High Chieftain) of the Éothéod who led his people out of the region near the Gladden Fields and north to the upper Anduin Vales in T.A. 1977. Fram, his son and heir, was born ten years before the migration (T.A. 1967). Frumgar lived from T.A. 1940-2001.
