The Koatl Empire is a large powerful nation dominating the massive jungles of southern Necrosia, bordering the Aztec and Maya to the north and northwest, the Inca to the southeast, who managed to protect and retain it's sovereignty through careful diplomacy. In the southwest its island territories border the Lusitanian Colony Aviz to the west. In Ingodija, Koatl also holds sovereignty over the island Kingdom of Kumee, the Shok Islands, and the Congo and Manda regions on the mainland.
