Moreshead worked through the 1990s for Marvel Comics, beginning as a colorist and working on a variety of titles including Excalibur, X-Men, and Deadpool. During the late 1990s, he rose to be the Director of Creative Services & Special Projects for Marvel, and during this time was thanked for work in Operation Assimilation.
