Vincent and Jules are Desmond Spellman's dimwitted henchmen and the secondary antagonists in Casper Meets Wendy. They are both portrayed by Vincent Schiaveli and Richard Moll. They were made by Desmond Spellman's magic to capture Wendy, but throughout the film they usually talk about random things that usually has nothing to do with their task.
