The Scott-James residence, also known as the Scott residence, is the home of Nathan and Haley James Scott, as well as their children, Jamie and Lydia. Over the course of the series, the house also serves as a temporary residence for other characters, namely Quinn James upon her moving back to Tree Hill in season seven and Dan Scott during Nathan's kidnapping in season nine.
