Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven: Lariat (八卦掌回天 ・ 雷犂熱刀, Hakkeshō Kaiten: Rariatto) is a technique, made from Neji's Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven and a Lariat. Neji rotates himself in a way like his original technique, but instead sticks his arm out, hitting the enemy in the face.
