A Visored is a Shinigami that has gained Hollow powers. Evident by them being able to summon a Hollow mask. An Arrancar is a Hollow that has gained Shinigami - like powers. Evident by them becoming more human like and, in most cases, gaining a Zanpakuto with which they can preform Resurrección.
