The 2017–18 season will be Port Vale's 106th season of football in the English Football League, and first season back in League Two after finishing 21st in League One and suffering relegation last season. The club will also participate in the FA Cup, EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from July 2017 to May/June 2018.
