The dragon kiteshield is a rare piece of armour and the best non-degradable shield in the RuneScape. Requirements to wield the shield are 60 Defense. You can either obtain it through the defeat of all the slayer masters and facing the Elder slayer master or by buying it at the Grand Exchange.
