Hugo de Vries Park was a public park inside Franklin Tower, one of the large residential towers in the city of Mendel on the planet Mesa. Its main attraction was the largest ice skating rink on the planet, surrounded by various cafés, restaurants, amusement attractions and rides, such as a sixty-foot ferris wheel and a merry-go-round, all with an antique design.
