The Truck Driver delivered a new pick-up vehicle for Webster's Autocentre to Kevin Webster in January 2017 - or so he thought. In reality, the collector was Andy Carver acting on the instructions of a blackmailing Pat Phelan who had made a photographic copy of the invoice for the vehicle, changed the date and time of collection and then instructed Andy to steal some overalls from the garage and pose as Kevin for the meeting which took place on an industrial estate.
