Barriss Offee's crest was designed by David Le Merrer for The Wrong Jedi, the twentieth and final episode of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series' fifth season. Personal emblems designed for Jedi quarters were introduced in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, in the form of Yoda's crest.
