892-IV, called Magna Roma by its inhabitants, is a class M planet that, like Earth, also had a Roman Empire. However, unlike the Roman Empire of Earth, this one never fell. Due to this, the Roman Empire was a modern one, using advanced technology combined with the society of that of Earth's Romans. An example of this is the broadcasting of gladitors fighting each other to the death. The planet was similar in mass to Earth and so lead the copy of the Roman Empire to be a clear example of Hodgkin's Law of Parallel Planetary Development. (ST: Bread and Circuses)
