Boutros Boutros-Ghali (November 14, 1922 - February 16, 2016) was an Egyptian politician and diplomat who lived during the 20th and 21st centuries. He served as the sixth Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1992 to 1996. In Fort Cochise in Arizona on August 19, 1994, Roberta Lincoln witnessed numerous members of the Army of Eternal Vigilance firing at cardboard cutouts of Boutros-Ghali as well as Hillary Rodham Clinton and Janet Reno.
