Ki Cho Jah Ki -- Fundamental breathing techniques, specifically, "Ki" breathing exercises. These are the first set of 6 basic breathing techniques students are taught in Kuk Sool Won™ and help to develop proper breathing technique, loud and explosive "Ki Hahp" (power yell), wrist strength, and proper Ki flow. The important elements of Ki Cho Jah Ki are inhaling through the nose at the beginning of the technique, loud Ki Hahp, spreading the fingers as far apart as possible, and exhaling through the mouth as the technique is executed.
