The Sith Imperial Guard was formed as the bodyguard of Empress Sirena. The Imperial Guard are nameless masked Sith knights that carry out the Empress's will. Nothing is known of the recruitment process for the Imperial guard, but it is believed that they are actually sith spawn created by the Empress to further her will. When the Empress was sent into exile the Imperial Guard followed her remaining loyal. In addition to being experts at saber combat the Imperial guard is also equipped with Cortosis fiber armor and each can pilot a Lanvarok-class Fighter specially designed for the Imperial Guard.
