It is a rare drop from either a Super Firework, breaking a Summer Surprise or finding it in Treasure Chests in a Beach Blasted world. The item replaced the limited item Phoenix Wings. During SummerFest 2015, about 150 were handed out, meaning that 350 were left to obtain during 2016. The item is now no longer obtainable.
