The Chosen Phoenix, also known as Kinuye's Blood, was a Bloodspeaker cell within the Phoenix lands. After the Third Raise of Iuchiban, Asako Kinuye led her Chosen Phoenix with wisdom and an iron fist. Many of the Chosen Phoenix remained fiercely loyal to the Phoenix Clan. They were eradicated from within the Clan's ranks by a concerted effort by the Asako Inquisitors and the Elemental Masters.
