an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

In musical terminology, pianissimo means to play very softly. Playing softly makes the sound harder to hear (i.e. decreasing its volume and the distance at which it can be heard), which in FFXI terms would be changing the range from AoE to a very small, close range (single target in this case). Pianissimo is Italian for "very softly". Webster dictionary pronounces Pianissimo as "pē-ə-ˈni-sə-ˌmō".
