This supplemental, which was actually nearly twice as thick as the original manual, had to be boiled down to the simplest terms possible, in addition to being translated into Rodese, the language of the Rodian species. This was necessary due to the large numbers of complaints from the families of dead Rodian bounty hunters who had attempted to learn the trade from the original book. One of the key themes of the manual was a long list of dos and don'ts; the former used the relatively unknown yet somewhat successful Trak Nar as an example, while the latter relied on Greedo to demonstrate how not to be a hunter. While Trak Nar was compensated for his assent to use his life and image as an example, Greedo's family sued the publisher for royalties. The case was settled out of court, quiet-like,
